Yes! We are insured for up to $2M in general liability.

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Sunday: closed
• Emergency or after-hours services are available for commercial clients.

We understand that plans change! Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance incur no charge.

Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3 Profession and 3 Personal Reference Checks

A majority of our cleaners are solo people, but we do have a few cleaning teams of two. Once matched, the cleaner's name(s) will be on the confirmation email.

That is our desire. Personal lives can be unpredictable, and it’s possible for team members to get sick or request leave. In such cases, we will either reschedule the service or provide a different cleaner.

If you’re not completely happy with the results, simply contact us within 24 hours of your service. We’ll promptly review your concerns and arrange a follow-up visit to address any missed areas — at no extra cost
